1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all governorates across Egypt.

2. Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days from the date the order is confirmed, depending on your location. Delivery times may be extended during high-demand periods or public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are displayed before you complete your order.

4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation via the contact details provided at checkout. Our team may also call to confirm the order before dispatch, especially for Cash on Delivery orders.

5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details (if available through our courier partner) will be shared with you.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we'll resolve it promptly in line with our Return & Exchange Policy.
